The Return & Exchange for orders is only valid if the buyer raises a request at any of our customer service handles( email, call or social media) within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Policy
- We only exchange or refund for those products which are defective, damaged or wrong product(size, design, colour) has been sent to the buyer.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
- In any case, the buyer doesn’t like the right product we have sent, the buyer only holds the right to exchange. We don’t return or do refunds for the right products delivered.
- In case we don’t feel the product is in the same condition as the buyer received it, Rockskull holds the right to reject the return. In such cases, the buyer has to bear shipping costs.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and with the materials it was sent with ( such as tags / cards etc. )
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can either exchange the product or raise a request for refund.
If the returned product is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or bank details provided by the buyer, within 7 days of approval from our team.
